Returns and Refunds Service


We ship orders with a trusted courier service. Shipping is free for eligible orders, and any shipping information will always be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Order processing and delivery usually take approximately 4–5 working days, depending on the destination area and courier availability. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. We recommend checking the tracking information regularly to follow the delivery status of your package.

If the courier provides delivery management options, you may be able to change the delivery address or choose a pick-up point according to the courier’s available services in your area.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 working days from the date you receive the items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In its original condition
• Clean and undamaged
• Returned with the original packaging, tags, accessories, and any included documents
• Returned together with the original order information or proof of purchase

Items that are damaged, used, worn, incomplete, stained, soiled, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

RETURN SHIPPING

Returns are free of charge for eligible orders.

Please make sure the package is securely packed before shipping it back. We recommend keeping the shipping receipt or tracking number until the return has been received and processed.

REFUND POLICY

All eligible refunds are free of charge. We do not charge any refund handling fee or return processing fee.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, card provider, or payment service, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

The refund will include the eligible amount paid for the returned item. No additional refund fee will be deducted.

NON-REFUNDABLE CONDITIONS
