AKU Rebranding Information
Starting in February 2026, AKU has begun a rebranding process that will renew the logo on all products. During this transition, the product image shown on the website (with the new logo) may differ slightly from the product actually delivered, which may feature the previous logo. In both cases, the product is original, authentic, and compliant with AKU quality standards, with no technical or functional differences. If you are still dissatisfied with a product with the previous logo, please contact our Customer Service at RobYamamoto788@gmail.com. We will process your order as best as possible.
The complaint will be accepted if it is made within 15 days of receipt and subsequent physical inspection of the goods.

Booking and purchase
To purchase products from the e-shop online, the Customer must access the dedicated area of the site (Catalogue). Each product for sale is accompanied by a photo, a description, and the price, which varies depending on the country of destination.
Within the e-shop, you can select and reserve individual products. Simply indicate the quantity and confirm, after selecting any variations. The products will then be added to your virtual shopping cart.
You can add, cancel, or confirm all reservations made up to that point.
To confirm the order, the Customer can proceed in the following ways:
- if already registered, via email address;
- if not yet registered, proceed with registration by providing your email address and indicating all the required data;
The purchase will be considered completed for AKU Italia Srl only when the order is confirmed by email using the "Your order confirmation" form. Confirmation is sent within 2 business days of receiving the order.
AKU Italia Srl may, at its sole discretion, not accept the order if the information provided by the Customer is incorrect or misleading (e.g., incorrect or insufficient payment details, incorrect billing details, incorrect or incomplete shipping address), or if there are errors on the Site regarding the Products ordered (e.g., errors relating to the price, availability, or description of the Products).
The information in the Catalog is as accurate and up-to-date as possible; however, any content on the Site should not be construed as a representation or binding statement regarding the Products. All images, descriptions, and illustrations are for illustrative purposes only and, since colors depend on the monitor used, may differ from those of the delivered products.
Product availability and sales price
Per ogni articolo è indicato il prezzo unitario di vendita espresso in valuta, I.V.A. (Imposta sul valore aggiunto) compresa e al netto dei costi di spedizione.
I contributi di spedizione potranno variare a seconda della tipologia di consegna, del quantitativo di prodotti da spedire, del loro volume, del peso e del luogo di destinazione; saranno evidenziati durante la procedura di acquisto e sul modulo “VS conferma d’ordine”.
Tutti i prodotti presenti all’interno dell’e-shop sono disponibili in magazzino. Se si dovessero verificare imprevisti dovuti a ritardi nella consegna dei prodotti, il Cliente verrà tempestivamente informato via e-mail, così come nel caso di indisponibilità anche temporanea di uno o più prodotti.
AKU Italia S.r.l. spedisce in tutti i paesi previsti durante la registrazione. Tuttavia potrebbero verificarsi casi in cui problematiche doganali impediscano la consegna dei prodotti ordinati. In questo caso il Cliente verrà informato tempestivamente via e-mail e rimborsato successivamente.

Delivery of goods and shipping costs
All products ordered by the Customer and confirmed by AKU Italia Srl will be shipped via Express Courier (national and international) to the delivery address indicated by the Customer. A shipping fee may be charged, which will be highlighted during the purchase process and on the "Your Order Confirmation" form, depending on the country of destination of the order.
The products will be shipped only after payment of the order amount has been duly registered and confirmed.
Products shipped to Italy are typically delivered within 2-3 business days from shipment; products shipped within the European Union are delivered within 3-4 business days from shipment. For shipments outside the EU, the average delivery time is 5-6 business days from shipment. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. Any changes to the above will be promptly communicated to the Customer via email.
Import taxes and customs duties
The products sold are not subject to any import tax or customs duty, if the product is
sold and delivered in Italy or within the European Union.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, products may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties depending on the product type and the destination country. It is impossible to predict whether and what costs will be incurred for customs clearance.

In all cases, any costs relating to import taxes and/or customs duties will be borne by AKU.
Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005) which he can exercise, without having to justify the reasons, within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the ordered items.
The right of withdrawal can be communicated within the term indicated above, via email. The shipping costs related to the return of the goods are the sole responsibility of the Customer unless there are ongoing promotions. In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the items must be returned intact, in their original packaging in perfect condition and after agreement with AKU Italia Srl
In compliance with consumer rights, the company reserves the right to evaluate the legitimacy of return requests in the event of anomalous and repeated behavior (e.g. systematic returns on the same models, sizes already tested or purchases of a nature evidently not compatible with a test aimed at personal use).
These checks are intended to protect the balance of the service and prevent abuses that could compromise the availability and quality of the commercial proposal for the entire customer base. In cases of doubt, the company reserves the right to request additional clarifications from the customer before accepting further returns. The shipping costs of returns deemed unjustified will be charged to the customer. The shipping costs of the return will always be charged to the customer in the case of unjustified returns.

No parcel sent cash on delivery or carriage forward will be collected by AKU Italia Srl
The refund of the invoiced price of the returned items will be made by crediting the Customer's bank account within 14 days of receiving the return.
Items returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged or soiled due to an act attributable to the Customer will not be refunded and will not, under any circumstances, give rise to the recognition of a credit equal to the price of the item initially ordered.
If the return is due to an error by AKU Italia Srl, the shipping costs will be borne by the seller; in all other cases, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
AKU Italia will send the shipping label to be printed and attached to the outside of the package and will indicate the collection day.
If the customer decides not to use the return label that AKU Italia Srl customer service will send, but a courier of his choice, AKU will not be responsible for any theft or loss during transport and will not contribute to either the transport costs or the customs clearance fees.
Guarantees
If the customer receives an incorrect item (different from what is displayed on the e-shop) or a damaged item, they may return it within 60 days of shipping. If the item is defective, the customer has 2 years from the order date to request an inspection by the Warranty Office.
With this warranty, AKU Italia Srl (the manufacturer) guarantees the consumer against any defects and conformity for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase of the product. If during this warranty period, any defects in conformity are found in the product, AKU Italia Srl (the seller) will repair or (at AKU Italia Srl's discretion) replace the product or its defective components under the terms and conditions set forth below, without charge for labor and materials used.
The User acknowledges and accepts that any defects or damage caused by accidental events or the User's responsibility, by use of the products not in accordance with their intended use, or by normal wear and tear will not be covered by the Legal Warranty. The Manufacturer reserves the right to repair defective products or replace them with new products of the same or superior color and characteristics if the original product is no longer available.
Conditions
The warranty will be valid only if the non-compliant product is returned, together with proof of purchase (receipt and/or invoice), to AKU Italia Srl. The Manufacturer reserves the right to refuse warranty interventions in the absence of the aforementioned documents or if the information contained therein is incomplete or illegible.
